Hi everyone, I want to perform genie3 for GSE71729 with Bioconductor: https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/GENIE3.html after getting the results from weightMat <- GENIE3(exprMatr), I have no idea what should I do further. I was a little bit confused when I read Bioconductor. Could anybody help me?
