Dear all,

Would you please let me know if you came across any website that (more or less) comprehensively lists the bioinformatics tools that are currently used in cancer genomics.

For example :

<> "mutations" : GATK, Mutect2, Varscan2, Strelka, etc ..

<> "copy number alterations" : TitanCNA, FACETS, Sequenza, etc ..

<> "structural variants" : Delly, Lumpy, Manta, etc ..

<> "mutation signatures" : MutationPatterns

<> "microsatellite Instability" : Mantis, MSIsensor, etc ..
