DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'orthomcl.interTaxonMatch' doesn't exist at ./bin/orthomclPairs line 709, <F> line 15.

Unsure as to why this error came about.

does orthomcl.interTaxonMatch exist?

At that point it did not, I have now created the table but do not know the header details so used the same headers as similarSequences.

The new error I am getting is DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Unknown column 's.query_taxon_id' in 'field list' at ./bin/orthomclPairs line 709, <F> line 15.
