NCBIminer is not available

I am trying to download the sequence using NCBIminer, but when I have the file ready and imported as required, the interface keeps reporting errors. As follows:

I don't know what the problem is, can someone help me? Maybe there is something wrong with my preparation of the document, but no one can help me check whether it is correct now, I urgently need help.
