Forum:What other data types and pipelines you would like to see from the Genomics Data Commons (GDC)

I know everyone like fancy experimental strategies, like ctDNA, but this is not in scope of this question. Let's focus the question on what other derived data are interesting to you from existing experimental strategies.

For context, besides miRNA/scRNA/methylation/RPPA/slides/ATAC-seq, the main data types from GDC are

• short mutation, SV and CNV derived from DNA-Seq
• gene quantification and fusion from RNA-Seq
