I have tried with and without the -n
option, as well as the -r
option. With the -n
option it gives:
the number of sample names passed (via the -n option), 8, does not match the number of samples, 1. Please check how many values you have passed.
I'm at a loss here, it doesn't seem to recognize the files unless I use a wildcard, and then it only reads the first file and I get a segmentation fault.
Any advice would be appreciated. I didn't find any faults with a memory test.
The directory only contains F1.bam F2.bam F3.bam F4.bam G1.bam G2.bam G3.bam G4.bam
Hi,
I had the same problem. I wonder if you have fixed it?
Thanks!
