I would like to calculate λGC adjusted to a sample size of 1000 (λ1000) for a continuous trait to assess the inflation of the test statistics of GWAS. I know how to calculate λ1000 for a case-control study (a binary trait, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2782358/) . But, the paper doesn't show the equation of λ1000 for a continuous trait.

Please let me know if it is possible to calculate λ1000 for a continuous trait. If it is possible, could you tell me an equation of the λ1000 for a continuous trait.

Thanks for your help! Now at least I know how to get it in case-control study...

I think the calculation process may be as below: lambda1000=(lambda-1)/N*1000 +1

Thank you for your advice. Please let me know if you have any papers that show the formula.
