Hi Biostars,
Anyone have an idea why the number of intersect between list A and B is not correct in the upsetplot? The reason I ask this question is because when use intersect() to check if the over number in the plot is correct, it was a little lower then the correct number. I also check that each list has unique item, not duplicate. Thank you so much!

I've never had an issue with lower intersections than expected with upset plots when using the R package

).Thank you. I think the reason is because upset plot shows the intersect only in A and B not in C, that why the number is lower. Upset plot doesn't show the intersect A and B also in C.
