Dear all,
I'm working with DEXseq and one of the step is estimating dispersion. I'm using the following command:
estimateDispersions(dxd, fitType="local")
.
I want to analysis the output after this step so I plot dispersion against the mean of normalized count following the tutorial by DESeq2, however, I don't know how to interpret this plot and conclude if the estimation of dispersion is 'reasonable' or 'acceptable'.
May I ask if anyone can instruct me to read this plot?
Thanks in advance for any help.
