I have found a very useful link that explains how to calculate the DESeq2 median of ratios normalized counts, step by step, using an example:

I am trying to find something similar for edgeR TMM normalization. Does anyone know of a similar resource?

StatQuest has good videos with illustrative examples for both edgeR and DESeq2.
