I'm looking for orthologs to various S. cerevisiae genes, i.e. the "Comparative Info" section of https://yeastgenome.org/locus/S000005299 However, neither SGD nor Alliance have any information for plant orthologs. I've googled for any database, but nothing seems to have it.

There are orthologs listed for human, rat, mouse, C. elegans, etc., but no plant is listed.

I could just use BLAST results, but I'd like some chemical/substrate information in there too. Not just sequence determines whether or not a protein is an ortholog.

Is there a database that has this? neither yeastgenome.org nor Alliance have any info. Searching produces tons of hits, but none can find plant orthologs.
