The original publication is : https://www.science.org/doi/full/10.1126/sciadv.aav5590

Found as study alias is E-MTAB-6892 on ArrayExpress : https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/arrayexpress/studies/E-MTAB-6892?query=E-MTAB-6892

Thank you. If there is not publication section in ArrayExpress, can I be confidently sure that there is not any publication for the study?

Ideally at some point the publication is linked in Pubmed and you can then find it using EntrezDirect. An example below.

$ esearch -db bioproject -query PRJNA111397 | elink -target pubmed | efetch -format abstract
1. Nature. 2009 Feb 19;457(7232):1028-32. doi: 10.1038/nature07759. Epub 2009 Jan
 25.

Post-transcriptional processing generates a diversity of 5'-modified long and
short RNAs.

Does not work for the ID you posted yet.

Generally, is there any way that can make me sure that there is not any published paper for a RNA-Seq BioProject?
