Is anyone familiar with the process of creating a forest plot to illustrate the relationship between different conditions and DNA methylation levels?
I've compiled a table containing DMRs with annotations, including columns such as
seqnames start end width strand pvalue qvalue meth.diff annotation geneChr geneStart geneEnd geneLength geneStrand geneId distanceToTSS ENSEMBL SYMBOL GENENAME DMR type
I recently came across an article that utilized binary logistic regression to craft a plot akin to the one I've attached here.
If anyone here has expertise in generating such plots or working with binary logistic regression, your valuable insights would be immensely helpful.
Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you kindly in advance!
