Annovar using R package

Hello, Is there any R package that can facilitate the annotation of VCFs using ANNOVAR, please? If not, is there any other R package that can help annotate VCFs against gnomADv4, please? Thank you.

why using R when there are shell-based tools like VEP ? slivar , etc...
