Dear All,

I am looking for a dataset that can be used to prepare the expression pattern of a gene of interest. In humans, we have GTEx for this purpose. I am wondering if there is a similar dataset available for mouse or rat.

Thank you,

Shicheng

That's an empty phrase. You have not made any contribution in years, nor since posting this. Still, you keep posting this exact type of lazy questions: Data Table for MONDO, DOID, UBERON and Cell Ontology

MGI has a Gene Expression Database that'll largely get you what you want.
