dbNSFP4.7a database format to Annovar Format?

Dear all,

I would like to implement the lates version of dbNSFP4.7a database to annotate using Annovar. But instead of I figured out most of the databases, this gave me some problems. So is there a bash script or something that helps out for this situation?
