Is there anyone here who deals with Polygenic risk score calculation? Can't we perform prs analysis with single individual as target data ?

A single PRS number is meaningless without background data like 1000 genomes, UK Biobank, etc.

Then how it will be supporting risk snps in individual patient sample? and so it is like a population based study. could you please make a clarification regarding this? Thank you
