How can I solve the issue ? My complex is not opening in Desmond (maestro) software while importing file in pdb format .And showing the pop up - " there are no atom in this file
You are expecting magic from us. How can we give you advice based on this information?
First, it is a rather obscure package you are dealing with. Second, did you ever open a file in a text editor to see that it actually has something in it that looks like a PDB file? That error message sounds pretty definitive.
Yes I've opened it and there's almost 79k atoms in it .
This appears to be commercial/licensed software. As with such software your best bet is to contact their tech support for immediate help.
