Creating GCT files

How can I create a gct file from text or excel file? I already have them in a gct format just need a way to convert them

GCT (gene cluster text) is just a plain text format. So, you can just add the ".gct" extension (not sure if its even necessary though).

For more details, if you have them in excel, save it in a tab-delimited format (.txt). Then you can change the extension if necesary.
