I am trying to download some accepted-biomarker database from FDA. I have been looking through the webpage and I could not find the document/s related to this database. Does anybody know how to access it/where it is located.

Thanks !

You can download zipped flat-files from here: https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-approvals-and-databases/drugsfda-data-files

Also, OpenTargets has a flag, isApproved, which lets you know if a drug is FDA-approved or not.

OP is asking for Biomarkers rather than drugs. I don't readily see a file with that information in the files you linked above.

I see, well, OpenTargets will, for a given biomarker, list the drugs (FDA-approved or otherwise) that target it. There is also data available at PRISM: https://depmap.org/repurposing
