Are there any resources for converting large lists of non-model genes into human orthologs?

I am working with a list of genes, and I am wanting a quick way to convert these genes from a non-model species into human orthologs (where possible). I've checked on this website for similar questions, but have not found anything yet.

For example, if I have a list of genes:

PFLUV_G00205020
PFLUV_G00109640
PFLUV_G00183570
PFLUV_G00170600
PFLUV_G00062810

Is there any available online program that can help with converting these? I am only showing 5 to make it easier to read, but I have many hundreds, so any help would be appreciated.
