Clusterprofiler with M. tuberculosis genome

Hi everyone, I'm trying to perform GO and KEGG pathway enrichment using cluster profiler with R studio on the M. tuberculosis genome but I'm struggling in finding the reference genome for the analysis. Can anyone help me?

You can try using the Gene Ontology database here https://geneontology.org/

They have the M. tuberculosis reference database. You can upload your custom genesets here and fine-tune the reference database you need.
