Hi all,

I am performing WGCNA for the first time, and my scale independence graph looks like this. Typically, in tutorials or from other analysis and supplementary figures I see that this graph is a log curve - however, my graph is rather staggered and like a staircase. I wonder if there is a reason for this, and if I should consider this when performing further analysis on this dataset.

For context: I am working with a dataset that has 3536 genes and over 100 samples (case + controls). Dataset is normalized, although there are some missing values.
