Problem in RNASeq data analysis

I am performing RNASeq data analysis by Using CLC Genomics Workbench, but this error is coming

"RNA-Seq Analysis finished abnormally [com.clcbio.api.base.algorithm.AlgoException: Error creating reference index file: Progress: 100.0 % Error while writing file C:\Users\BIOINF~1\AppData\Local\Temp\clc_tmp_9311359456465716189.idx (rc=74)]."

I dont understand how to solve this. Kindly help.

Is the path writable? Is that a special symbol there you have in the beginning of your path C:\Users\BIOINF~1\ ? Special symbols normally don't work with command-line tools. It's worth checking by choosing another folder to write to, without a special symbol in its path
