best tools for bacterial wgMLST

Hi,

I am searching for the best wgMLST. I see that many are using the SeqSphere+, but are there other programs available? We have many different bacterial species in my lab, so I am searching for a tool that has many wgMLST schemes.

Chewbbca for creating and evaluating cg and wg MLST schemes. There's also an addon that allows for the sharing of schema.
