I am trying to learn some snakemake workflows. I would like to ask is there anyway to colorize the text in Snakemake as in .R or .py file?

side ques: is snakemake a good starting point for bioinformatics workflow management, or next-flow?

There's snakemake-mode for Emacs that can be installed from MELPA: https://melpa.org/#/snakemake-mode
