galaxy server doesn't give me accurate result although i have put raw data and meta data obtained from GEO database of plant species to see tissue specific gene expression of carotenoid biosynthetic pathway.
Put yourself into the readers perspective. "My cake does not look nice despite I follow the receipe" => How do you expect anybody to help here?
