Hi everyone,

I have previously read a manuscript in which the author discussed in detail the differences in GWAS results caused by the use of dosage and hard-called genotypes, and compared the changes in the magnitude of differences under different imputed qualities (R square). But I can't find this article now. I welcome anyone who has read it to help me and let me know the title of the article. Thank you!
