How to install `_license` package for Python v3.8.1 in Conda environment?

Where can I find the _license package of Python v3.8.1 for installation in the Conda environment? Because I found this _license for other versions of Python such as v3.6, v3.5, v3.4, and v3.10 in different channels of Anaconda. But I could not find it for v3.8.1. If anyone suggests it to me, it will benefit my analysis.

Can you provide some additional information about what you are trying to do? There does not appear to be a package called license. Are you referring to license-checker, license-header or pip-licenses by chance?
