Can anyone help me identify the hub genes from the WGCNA?
Is there any specific codes for that? I have the KME value for each gene in all modules, but I am unable to identify the hub gene.
I think your question is very general, there are many guides on how to find ub genes, including a lot of questions here on this forum. If you don't provide more context is diffiulto to understand the problem you are facing and help you.
