In the kb count pipeline there is an option to set the technology. If none of the listed technologies fits the protocol one uses, one can also set the parameters manually.

Where can I read more about what the three parts to use in the vector?

I have seen some examples such as -x 0,0,0:1,0,8:0,0,0,1,14,0 or -x 0,0,0:1,0,8,1,14,20:0,0,0.

How do I read this values?

I know the first part is about the cell barcodes, the second is about the UMI. But what does the value 0 means?

thanks
