Error while doing trimmomatic

Dear all,

I am trying to do trimmomatic of the files: CRR503927_f1.fastq and CRR503927_r2.fastq in jupyter-lab. I am getting the error as shown in the attached image.

CRR503927_f1.fastq (No such file or directory)

the message is quite clear: there is a problem with the path to the fastq.

Looking at the other file names in the command a .gz seems to be missing at the end of file name above (assuming the file is in the right location and is compressed). It will also be needed for f2 file.
