- I was performing DEG analysis on breast cancer dataset from tcga brca where the heatmap was not coming out fine.
- I performed correlation analysis between cnv data and gene expression data of TCGA BRCA. But everytime the correlation I am obtaining is wrong. How to proceed?
Nobody can help you without asking follow-up questions or you providing more detail proactively. It would be like saying that you tried to build a kite and that didn't look good, then moved on to making a hot-air balloon and that failed as well. It is too difficult to guess what went wrong out of many steps along the way.
