retrieve genomic positions and chromosome number for a list of genes

Hello everyone, I have a the list of transcripts with ensemble ID and I want to add the info of chromosome number and the position of genes expressing those transcripts on 2 new columns. Could you please let me know if there is any R codes for getting these info? Thanks very much for your help.
