Substraction of GO terms to the whole ontology

Hi,

I got a GO term population from an GO term enrichment study.

Now I'd like to have a look on all the rest of the GO terms that I do not have retreived, to check what I've missed.

Do you know how I could substract my GO term population from the whole ontology? What kind of database would you use?
