Hello Everyone,

I am currently looking for bioinformatics or computational solutions for the downstream analysis of CRISPR screening, specifically targeting the enrichment and depletion of barcoded guide RNAs (gRNAs).

Key Requirements:

  1. Computational Analysis of Barcoded gRNAs: Expertise in analyzing sequencing data to assess the enrichment and depletion of gRNAs.
  2. Data Interpretation: Advanced skills in interpreting sequencing results to identify significant changes in gRNA abundance.
  3. Experience with CRISPR Screening Data: Proven experience with handling and analyzing CRISPR screening datasets.
  4. Customizable Analytical Solutions: Ability to tailor data analysis and interpretation to specific research objectives.

Project Focus:

  1. Sequencing Data Analysis: Analyze barcoded gRNA sequencing data to evaluate which gRNAs are enriched or depleted under specific conditions.
  2. Enrichment and Depletion Metrics: Provide insights into which gRNAs are associated with positive or negative effects on the phenotype of interest.
  3. Gene Identification: Help in identifying key genes influenced by the gRNAs based on enrichment and depletion patterns.

If you have experience with or know of any CROs that offer these computational analysis services, I would greatly appreciate your recommendations or contact details.

Thanks,
