Help needed to troubleshoot : conversion error with open babel on cmd

Hi there,

I intend to split a sdf file using the following command on command prompt(Windows), and I am getting an error.

obabel -isdf filename.sdf osdf -O.sdf --split

I am not sure if the error appeared 854 times or not, but on opening one ligand on pymol I do see a 3D structure and not a 2D. Not sure what the error is and how to troubleshoot.
