Met 500 data

I am working with Met 500 dataset on there website following data is available for download :

On this page, you can download MET500 datasets:

• segmented copy number datasets.
• somatic mutation call datasets.
• dbGap Subject Sample mapping.

Now I want to find somatic variation for different samples but somatic variation data has only pipeline ids and same is the case for copy number. What do I do?
