I have newly started using NGS pipeline. I have problem with cuffdiiff.why differential expression and regulation in locus is stuck in cuffdiff? Please somebody explain me details the problems and solutions.
Here is my command
cuffdiff -o cuffdiff_T1_vs_C \
-L control,T1 \
-u /mnt/f/Result/Obesity/cuffmerge_output/merged.gtf \
