Hi, I quite new in metabolomics data analysis I picked a LC-MS data from Metabolomics workbench but I can not see any mzML file which is require for all sort of metabolomics data analysis ( link - https://www.metabolomicsworkbench.org/data/DRCCMetadata.php?Mode=Study&StudyID=ST001855 )
Can anyone tell me how can I proceed for analysis with this data? Any sort of tutorial or book is available for data analysis purpose?
