Is the limit option necessary in the DISGENET RDF SPARQL endpoint?

I trying to extract the shared gene between two associated diseases through the DisGeNET RDF SPARQL Endpoint.

Is it necessary to give the limit? how could I access the whole data from the disgenet database?

Does anyone know where the new disgenet sparql endpoint is?

Looks like this resource may no longer be available via RDF.

License fees are applicable for the commercial use of DISGENET. Users from not-for-profit organizations who plan to use DISGENET for non-commercial purposes can apply for free access (through an Academic license). Users who plan to use DISGENET for commercial purposes and/or belong to for-profit organizations must pay a fee to acquire a DISGENET license.

NO, if your talking about my previous answer Extract of no. shared gene names in disease-disease association though API from Disgenet Database But it makes things faster.

I cannot find a RDF data dump. You can always select all statements from the RDF database (export as RDF) ?

SELECT ?a ?b ?c WHERE { ?a ?b ?c . }

Thank so much for your rapid response and your time to look into in the query.

When I applied your statements I can only access to 72000 association (LIMIT =72000), in which only 4 Candidiasis and is associated disease and one shared gene were received and I want to increase the number of shared gene for my further analysis.

Can I search specifically? If I want to access the data of shared genes between candidiasis and its associated disease, with some statistical value like GDA score? Is it possible? So its a humble request, is there any possible way out to solve this problem.

limit to the disease associated to Candidiasis. How ? I don't have the motivation/time to look at this. Learn sparql, look at the provided examples, ask the disgenet support, etc...
