This is the error I am getting after installing R studio. [" R version 4.2.2 (2022-10-31)"] [Ubuntu 22]. Please help me to fix the issue.

You should ask for help in an R-studio or R forum. Even though though a lot of us are possibly using R-studio this forum is for bioinformatics questions.

Your error is very specific to your system setup. Most people here will just think "works for me". You will get much better help from a specialized R forum.
