Hello,

I'm having trouble to install MoCha. I follow the steps in the GitHub https://github.com/freeseek/mocha/tree/master. Do you have another site to recommend for the installation?

Hello. I followed all the steps and had a problem with this command. trio-phase was not found.

/bin/cp bcftools plugins/{fill-tags,fixploidy,mocha,trio-phase,mochatools,extendFMT}.so $HOME/bin/

I write to the owner and he said they did an update and trio-phase is no longer needed. So I just remove it. The correct command is /bin/cp bcftools plugins/{fill-tags,fixploidy,mocha,mochatools,extendFMT}.so $HOME/bin/
