Hi,

I am new to this, so I apologize for the basic question. I downloaded an RNA-seq dataset from NCBI in Excel format, which contains gene names, IDs, and FPKM values for each gene in samples A and B, but there are no replicates or p-values included. I would like to analyze the data to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) or the top DEGs for my experiment. Could someone please offer guidance? If there are any existing resources or guides, a link would be greatly appreciated in case I’ve missed something.

Thank you!

You may be able to use geo2R at NCBI: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/geo2r/
