Hello,

I need to make a KEGG map to see the metabolic pathways. I have two organisms with their GeneIds and their KOs to do the Reconstruct section of KEGG MAPPER. One is genes overexpressed in a condition while the other is genes underexpressed in that condition.

I understand that green is the first organism I introduce, red is the second organism I introduce. But what is the blue color?? Why does it appear but it shouldn't because I don't have common genes in both.

If not, how could I make a metabolic map that shows me the genes of two different organisms, one in green and one in red, with KEGG MAPPER?

Also say that what I am looking at is the general metabolic route 01100

The "Global and overview maps" use blue to highlight the KO shared by the two datasets. This is caused by up- and down-regulated genes having the same KO
