Hi biostars,

I wanted to refer to the documentation for the package WGCNA, and I couldn't find it on Bioconductor, it appears to have been deleted,

Is there any way I can get the documentation to read it?

Like I mentioned before,

Please do not use bioinformatics as a tag unless your post is about the field of bioinformatics itself. For proper examples, please see Forum and News type posts under https://www.biostars.org/tag/bioinformatics/

I've removed the tag this time but please be more mindful in the future.

WGCNA has never been on Bioconductor. They had a dedicated documentation website which has been down for months now, apparently because it was hosted at a university that the senior author has left. It is currently available at this Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/4vqfiysan6rlurfo2pbnk/h?rlkey=thqg8wlpdn4spu3ihjuc1kmlu&e=1&dl=0 as I mentioned also here https://bioinformatics.stackexchange.com/questions/21885/where-to-access-the-wgcna-tutorial-documents-horvath-lab-site-down/21886#21886

WGCNA is a CRAN package, see https://cran.csail.mit.edu/web/packages/WGCNA/index.html

Thanks that helps.

Although there was a documentation on Bioconductor, it was very helpful.
