Unable to install VirSorter - Stuck on "Solving environment"

Hi, I am trying to install VirSorter using bioconda. However, when I type the command

conda install bioconda::virsorter

I get the output

Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve.
Solving environment: failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will retry with next repodata source.

I am unfortunately stuck on the solving environment and am not sure how to proceed. I have tried restarting the install but run into the same issue.

update conda to a recent version or use mamba ?
