Performing sex-stratified analysis using regenie

Hi everyone,

I am trying to run regenie and I would like to run a sex-stratified gwas analysis on my data. I have tried to run using the --sex-specific option but it returns an error. Can someone please guide on how best I should prepare my files for analysis and how to improve my script.
