Issue with longqc conda installation

Hi all, i've an issue with longqc installation in conda. I created a conda environment for installing LongQC, i've tried with command conda install -c conda-forge longqc, or conda install bioconda::longqc or pip install longqc, conda install longqc. However the program is not installed, if i try to use longqc (or longQC) -h it return "command not found". I need to use it from terminal, any suggestion?

Hi Daniele, from their conda channel the official command is conda install bioconda::longqc so the others won't work. Maybe if you can share an installation log I could help you. Alternatively there is their conda's tar.bz2 file which you can download and try the commands again. Also make sure you have activated your conda environment, it seems obvious but for many it isn't. If you actually installed correctly, in the bin folder of your conda env you should find the executable. Otherwise clean everything and build a docker image following their github as they recommend longqc_github. Watch out for addictions. Always read before trying commands.. Regards Marco
