Distinguishing gfa and rgfa files

Hi everyone, I am confused about distinguishing gfa file and rgfa, . It seems that rgfa files also generally has .gfa extension. How to differentiate between gfa and rgfa files? I know header lines may be used but I see that some files don't have header lines. For example, this file is in rgfa format and this file is in gfa version 1.1. Both has the .gfa extension and contains graphs but their formats are different. While parsing a gfa file my own, how can be sure that it is gfa version 1 or rgfa

Actually, it is not specific to vg, I am just confused that 2 file formats use the same name but the formatting is different, so how can I find out which one I am dealing with in the code

It is more generic question due to confusion. I added examples, what I wanna know is both files can have the same name but different columns. I wanna parse these files and how to differentiate the type in the code
